A: Make study groups even if you like studying by yourself because it is a great way to make friends and gain a support network.

A: One is to definitely use the resources available to you on campus. The learning commons, CAPS, the academic writing center, your TAs, and so much more are provided to you to help you succeed in your college career!

A:Try and make your time on campus valuable. If you don't make connections and friends, your time on campus won't be as enjoyable!

A: Do not be afraid to socialize as most of the first years are experiencing the same emotions that you are going through. Utilize all the campus resources…they’re free and are meant for you. Lastly, don’t forget to make time for yourself.

A: My piece of advice is to be intentional about your relationships. This is new for everyone, so whether it be family, friends, or personal relationships, be sure you keep in touch with your loved ones, they all miss you!
