UC surprises Kailei Brown with Marian Spencer Scholarship
The newest Bearcats learn they’ve been accepted into the University of Cincinnati on Decision Day, and UC officials surprised Kailei Brown at Woodward Career Technical High School with the Marian Spencer Scholarship.
