14th annual Queen City Blood Drive takes over Heritage Bank Center on Feb. 11, 12
Hoxworth Blood Center, University of Cincinnati, the Heritage Bank Center and the Cincinnati Cyclones are partnering for the 14th annual Queen City Blood Drive on Tuesday, Feb. 11 and Wednesday, Feb. 12.
The will be held from 12 p.m.-6 p.m. Feb. 11 and from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Feb. 12 at the Heritage Bank Center, 100 Broadway, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
All donors will walk away with:
- a FREE Queen City logo long-sleeve T-shirt
- a voucher for two Cincinnati Cyclones tickets
- a voucher for a free Donatos pizza
- a bag from Flying Pig Marathon (while supplies last)
- a Cincinnati Cyclones hoodie (while supplies last)
Complimentary parking at Central Riverfront Garage (149 Broadway) from SP+ Parking and Hamilton County will be provided.
You are highly encouraged to schedule an appointment for the blood drive. Hoxworth will accept walk-ins as the schedule allows until 5 p.m. Tuesday and 3 p.m. Wednesday.

If you can’t make it to this drive, we are celebrating Valentine’s Day with a special gift for all donors. Donors who give blood or platelets at any of our seven neighborhood donor centers on Friday, Feb. 14, will receive a "You're My Type" fleece blanket, while supplies last. This bonus gift also honors National Donor Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of blood, organ and tissue donation. Just last year, Hoxworth’s Transplant Immunology Division was part of 642 organ transplants.
